1. We sit down with you and find out from you what the key issues you are facing are.
2. We then go away and formulate a proposal and project plan that means you know exactly what you are going to get, exactly how long it will take and how much it will cost.
3. After we're both clear on what will be delivered we execute the project giving you weekly written updates so you know exactly how far you are towards successful completion

Why do we take this approach?  For two reasons. Firstly we spent many years managing businesses ourselves and working with consultants where we were kept in the dark and the output wasn't what we expected.  Secondly we know that hiring someone external is a risk. A risk we reduce to a minimum by having a process that delivers success every time and being able to prove that through our client testimonials.
